The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying opportunities and driving them to closure within the mid-market segment. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads within the mid-market segment through various channels, including outbound calls, SDR engagement, emails, and social selling strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle.
- Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and understand customer requirements to position our products and solutions effectively, addressing key pain points and delivering value propositions.
- Sales Engagement: Engage with prospects through consultative selling techniques, conducting product demonstrations either independently or with the support of a pre-sales engineer, presentations, and webinars to articulate the value proposition and drive interest.
- Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Forecasting: Maintain an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast of closing revenue
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers and internal colleague network.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Resilience in challenging scenarios and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
