Managing a defined base of existing Causeway customers, you will be responsible for protecting recurring revenue (Gross Revenue Retention) and driving meaningful growth (Net Revenue Retention) through structured account planning, multi-threaded engagement, and disciplined opportunity execution. Success in this role comes from building credibility, understanding customer organisations in depth, and consistently uncovering value-led expansion opportunities aligned to customer outcomes.

Retain & Strengthen Revenue
• Own and deliver against Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) targets, ensuring timely, predictable renewals.
• Ensure customers realise measurable outcomes and ROI from Causeway solutions.

• Anticipate and mitigate churn risks through strong account insight and relationship management.
Grow & Expand Accounts
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities through a deep understanding of customer needs and organisational change.
• Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through thoughtful, value-led up-sell and cross-sell motions.
• Build and execute long-term account plans, identifying whitespace and sequencing growth opportunities over time.
• Apply MEDDPICC rigorously to all expansion opportunities, ensuring clear qualification, deal strategy, and execution discipline.
Lead Strategic Engagement
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews with senior stakeholders, linking Causeway solutions to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Navigate public sector procurement processes, frameworks, and compliance requirements with confidence.

• Deliver consistent pipeline generation, maintaining appropriate coverage to support growth targets.
• Produce accurate, data-driven forecasts for renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Adoption, Customer Experience, Product, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to execute account strategies and deliver a seamless customer journey.
Advocate & Improve
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring feedback informs product development and service improvements.
